HISTORY OF DISPROVAL

You have probably heard many issues about Disproval. But, what about it? When did it appear?

Disproval is a company which creates, customs, and sells bioclimatic houses according to the preferences of the clients, with a common feature: non-contaminating houses. These houses are adapted to all type of conditions, families, climates, and areas. Disproval has been adapting bioclimatic houses since 1952, and in this long period, the company has built houses in hot and cold weathers, for single users and big families, houses and buildings, on rough and plain areas... Disproval is definitely an experienced company that can satisfy every request of every client. 

    It all began in the Spanish fifties, specifically in 1952, when his founder and current owner Bartolomé Mejias inaugurated the company and built one of the first bioclimatic houses of Spain. Bartolomé, wanted to make aware about a clean world, and he decided to build a non-contaminating house, his own home in Catarroja (Valencia). That house is now a museum, and nowadays, is an absolutely reference of bioclimatic houses in over the world. 

His philosophy caused sensation in a big part of Spain, and his company grew up quickly. In 1975, disproval was the most important company of bioclimatic houses of the Western Europe, and received the most important ecologic world award. Later, at its sixtieth birthday in 2002, Disproval was the European biggest company of the sector, as well as the most awarded in the world, and started to expand outside Europe. Nowadays, Disproval is a world leader of environmental architecture and a reference of ecologic life and innovation.
